Re: A2DP/Stereo Bluetooth issues

Re: A2DP/Stereo Bluetooth issues
Rydah - I tried assigning it as Stereo Bluetooth, but that works intermittently at best (1-2 of every 10 times). After asking a bunch of people for help, somebody finally pointed me to this program:
http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-...oggle-1-0.html It gets the stereo Bluetooth audio to switch to my SP700 on the first try about 90% of the time, so that's obviously a big improvement. If you do install the program, just be aware that it doesn't actually display anything when you click/run it. The only way I know it works is hearing a confirmation beep and then (obviously) the music. Just like everyone else, I still have to ask HTC, "Why the f should I have to download an additional program?" -and- I'm still up for any other solutions/suggestions people have! |

Re: A2DP/Stereo Bluetooth issues
I have the exact same problem with my Jabra SP700 and Sprint HTC Touch Pro. I've found not consistent way to get the connection to work. I will try the suggested download. One would hope it would just connect...

Re: A2DP/Stereo Bluetooth issues
I have the same problem with a headset I got from ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...DLVI%26ps%3D54 It works awesome when I first pair it, including the AVRCP (allows you to skip songs using the controls on the earpiece). But it doesn't pair again after that. I end up deleting the profile and then pairing it again. I was going to return it, but it sounds like it might be the device after reading this thread. A dongle program is NOT a good way to go, since it just relays the audio through the hands free profile. You can see the icon at the top of the screen and it is supposed to use audio through the wireless stereo profile, not the hand free profile. I presume this would also not take advantage of the AVRCP profile. Any ideas? Please help! |

Re: A2DP/Stereo Bluetooth issues
Has anyone found a solution for this? I just purchased this unit on Buy.com for $39.00 so I thought I would give it a try again.
I have upgraded my Touch Pro to WM 6.5 by Mighty Mike and have the same connection problems. I have upgraded the firmware on the Jabra to the latest version and Jabra's web site says it works but I get the same results. Here is the thread I started a while back. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=741601 Last edited by bishop0114; 04-29-2009 at 09:58 PM. |
