Under hklm/drivers/builtin/fms it says that the drivers are fms.dll. I am switching to fm.dll to see what happens. Probably nothing, but its worth a shot.

No go on the fm.dll. So does this mean we need to be working with the fms.dll instead of the fm.dll?

I am not at all qualified to be talking about programming and such....but what about trying drivers/settings from other HTC devices with radio? I found this post on XDA's polaris forums.....dont know how helpful it would be....just trying to help..no flaming needed :)

Replaces the fms.dll in your windows folder. I just copied all into windows folder and I am trying now. I think this won't work as it has been tried before, but cant hurt right?
