Bought mine 11/8 the bottom of you receipt says any perchase made from 11/1 to 12/25 can be returned up until 1/25/09 try asking about that! The clerk knew about that so she returned my phone and resold it to me all off the receipt my phone never came out of my pocket. A big thanks to this thread for the FYI on the sale!

Yeah, the extended return policy should also apply to price matching. I had no problems, and specifically asked when I was in before the sale started if I could price match past 30 days for items purchased on or after 11/1.

Question- If i switch over to a family plan and utilize this deal for the new line, can i switch back to a simply everything(w/just 1 line) if i wish, without penalty?

you don't have to switch plans you are renewing your phones contract. They are completely separate

what I did, I had renewed my phone contract back in Oct, then this sale came along I went and renewed my phone contract, it now says Dec, so I got this sale.

The reason i asked, i was told im not eligible for renewal.. I just renewed back in July. So i was looking for another means of acquiring this deal.

right to get the phone you have to re-renew your phone contract. Instead of it being a 2 year contract from July-July, you are now making it 2 year contract from December-December. Whoever said that to doesn't know, try someone else or get the manager (what I had to do)
