PocketShield Bug?

Hey guys, I installed pocketshield and one of the settings let me change the WinMo dialer screen that comes with the phone so I changed it. Now that I've uninstalled the application, the dialer screen doesn't go back to the stock one. Is there anyway to get this to go away? I guess pocketshield didn't uninstall completely for some reason. please let me know
