I talked to sprint today they said they looked at their list, nothing showed up about a Touch Pro recall. Talked with a HTC Rep and they told me they had not issued any recalls. But I know there is one if you drop it and the chrome cracks but your phone has to fall under a certain ESN # and thats from sprint but thats a different thread. Hope this helped.

i check sprint's system and a couple of tech and they ay they haven't heard anythingabout this

Hahahaha, this is funny

FYI, the people at the store and BB aren't smart enough to recognize the phone's been unlocked in the 1st place. I returned 2 Diamonds and 1 TP without relocking them

I used it, took to BB for return, and when I hard reset it before going to store, it showed unlocked. Another poster on the forum shows the same.
