Transferring contacts from Sim Card to TP

I currently own a Touch Pro. My previous phone was a Nextel i-90 (hilarity ensues). How would I go about transferring all the contacts in my old sim card to my TP? Thanks for any help.

there is a program from motorola called "motorola iden phonebook manager" ....it is free and it will copy your contacts from your sim card to pc or outlook......or if the i90(haven't heard that one in a while)has bluetooth you can do it that way also...but I cannot remember if either of those are an option with that phone......I think if you took it into a store they would be able to do it for a fee...I used the motorola program when I had nextel phones & a sim card and it worked good and you can find the data transfer cables online cheap....with sprint(HTC Touch Pro) I now copy them to outlook and use a backup program on the sd card

Thanks alot man. I actually have the data cable for my phone from long ago when I used to add ring tones to it. Definitely no bluetooth on the i90. I will look in to that motorola software. I appreciate the help.

sorry if there was some confusion......install the software on your PC... connect your old phone via data cable and your contacts will be available to be transferred to your TP
