exactly, see they don't care. The only people who care are the big wigs who look at situations like this in terms of tens of thousands of units, and profit losses for the quarter and all that junk.

You didn't do anything wrong man. Keep on keepin on

WOW You want to hear about cheats, BROTHER? Sprint listed the Instinct as a smart phone and I bought it thinking this. A week after purchase they removed it from the smart phone list. When I asked a customer rep about it she said its "smart phone-ish."

I bought my Instinct online and it took 10 days to get to me. When it finally got to me, the thing was buggy as hell, and hardly ANY of the features worked as advertised. I called sprint about this, they told me the phone would be fixed VERY soon. (Still to this day the TV app doesn't work, and it's still plagued with random lock ups and bugs, hence my reason for going to the pro. )

Now here's the kicker, and at this point you might ask "WHY DIDNT YOU SEND IT BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS GENIUS?" Well, the thing is, I actually tried to send the phone back after about 21 days, BUT GUESS WHAT SPRINT DOESN'T TELL YOU? Your 30 day eval period starts on the date of purchase, not the date you recieve your phone and activate it. So in other words, while the phone was being delayed in shipment, I was supposedly evaluating the phone.

So needless to say, after 21 days not only was I stuck with my crappy Instinct, I was stuck with Sprint as well. After 21 days I hated Sprint worse than any other company.

I finally got my Touch pro at the price a new customer gets, but if I could go back, I would have skipped Sprint altogether and stayed with TMobile.

Don't get me started on cheating, BROTHER. Sprint's been doing it to everyone for years.

Re: water damage

If you two geniuses are done blowing hot air up each other, I would like to say this: I don't expect free handouts, I've worked very hard to get the life I have, and all I expect is to get what I pay for.

If Sprint sells me a phone and calls it a smartphone, and it turns out to be as bad as the Instinct, then yes, I expect Sprint to do the right thing and make sure I get what I pay for.

If Sprint tells me my purchase includes 30 day evaluation, I don't expect to get told on day 21 that I'm over my 30 days.

If a Sprint sales person tells me to report my phone as lost when there is water damage, I will do just that.

You two have no idea what you're talking about right now, and all you're doing is saying a bunch of mindless cliche bs to make yourselves feel great. You are sheep.

If Sprint tells you to jump off a cliff, will you?

Many people were told by their loan officers to lie to get a mortgage. Look where the US is now. All because of a bunch of liars with no character, honor, or morals.

You know what is right and wrong. Nobody can give you permission to lie...especially not a minimum wage worker at Sprint.
