Contacts on htc touch pro

need a little help here i had a lg chocolate 3 i used bitpim to extract my contacts into a vcf file how do i import that file into my touch pro can i just copy and paste it into a specific file i tried looking for a contacts folder on the phone but cant find it? any suggestions
