He didn't damage his phone that much if he did it right. The only actual damage should be to the back battery cover, which can be replaced easily and cheaply.

You can probably fit that all inside this door and add some beefy battery life at the same time. I am going to get the battery and door if they come out with a rubberized case for it.

pricey now, but if u want more the 32gb some day, this will be cheeper after youve already bought a 16gb, then finally a 32, and then whatevers next
