TP Battery life...

Well I've had my TP for about 5 days now and I've noticed that the battery life is pretty horrible. I've been draining my battery all the way and then placing it on the charger since day one.
Example: Unplugged my phone from the charger at 3:00pm today. Talked on it for no more than 4 min total. Surfed on the web for no more than 15 min. Turn auto update Weather off, sync mail every 15, manually sync my Exchange mail and never have a program running under the task manager. It's 1am now and my battery is at 25%.

I can't wait till Seidio has a better battery for this...

Their extended battery was great for my 6900.

What's everyone doing to keep their battery life up?

Also, does anyone know how Verizon is getting the specs on the battery?

* Standby Time: Up to 350 hours
