Had a few issue..... Help needed Please

I just got my sprint Pro yesterday and i added a few things like gyrator 2, the 3.5 net framwork, the diamond tweak, the htorch. But now any time i pull out or replace my stylus, it beeps. is that normal or is something wrong? And i was wondering also if theres any indicator lights anwhere or is there a way to turn them on? And the last thing i wanted to ask was are there any apps/tweaks or upgrades that i should have to keep my pro running smoothly. Thanx in advance for any help
