Please forgive this total newbie, as this is my first smartphone ever. I've been reading, reading, reading like crazy, but I want to make sure I'm doing this stuff right.

I assume you should download these files directly to your phone and unzip them there, correct? And not download to your computer, unzip and then download to the phone?And again, I assume they should be put on the phone and not the storage card, is this correct?

Also, the bluetooth file - does that mean things like my GPS voice directions will come through my bluetooth headset? If so, that's awesome and just what I was looking for! I have a hard time hearing the directions sometimes and the wired headset is a pain, especially when I want to use the charger and can't.

Actually, it doesn't matter where the files are downloaded, only that the end product (the .cab file) is ran from your ppc and installed to the device. I personally found it easier to download the file to my computer, unzip and then transfer the cab to the SD card, plug into the phone and run the cab.

Bluetooth- Yes that is the intent of that program. I have not tried it with GPS, but is SHOULD work. I would listen to hockey games from NHL.com through PIE with this program running, worked great. I have not ran it on my TP yet, no need as I have CenterIce this year...

I noticed markedly better results when testing on http://www.dslreports.com/mspeed after I had done this tweak.

I'm gonna close this one down for a while. While the information presented by Mr. Wavezero is indeed nicely compiled I have a few concerns.

1. By posting cabs (with no links to current discussions) it's quite possible that the cabbed info may be superseded by updates, fixes, etc. Basically, I'm concnered that the cabs do not present the latest and greatest info.

2. Again, with no links to original discussions it's going to be hard for our members and visitors to find answers to any issues that may arise with the application/software, etc. Now granted it may be possible to answer some questions in this thread, but again, we're just spreading the information out too thin in my opinion.

As always...feel free to pm me with complaints, concerns, commnets about this action.

Updated with keyboard lag fix thanks to rstoyguy. This corrects the delay when entering text on the keyboard and is especially noticable with emails and texts

Added Task Facede. This program rocks, it's just like expose on mac osx. I brings up all your open windows and let you choose which one to navigate to. No more closing out all your programs and then going to the task manage to switch to a new one. I mapped my volume down button (long press) to gring this up.
