s2u2 not locking the hard keys??

I just noticed that when my TP is locked with s2u2, the phone end key will sometimes unlock the device & bring up the phone keypad. At that point, I can dial out.

Does anybody know how to fix this?? This kinda defeats the purpose of locking the silly thing..........
