[REQ] Startup Animation

I have had this startup animation for a while for my touch, now i have a pro and I dont know the filename to overwrite it or how to resize this gif to the proper size, would somebody mind helping me out please

that doesnt look that bad to me lol, dont i need to rename it something else in order to use it as a startup tho? cuz ill try this out just to see how it looks

I'm sure some of the more talented artists around here will make you a native VGA animation.

one yea, one last question, how the hell did you do that so fast? i have a few other gifs i wanna resize but i dont know how to do it, i thought it too alotta effort but u did that in seconds..teach me lol

heh, I have Jasc Animation Shop 3. Just opened it in that, resized, resaved, and it was done

i have that at home, resize it the same way as a jpeg??


and one last question, it didnt overwrite anything because it says there is no value for that key or whatever , i know this is the reg destination

To change sprint startup animation go to: registry
HKLM\Software\HTC\Startupanimation


but since there is no value under the startup animation, what do i need to change it to?

is it something like //windows....?
