When I was in tech school down at Keesler (Biloxi,MS), a friend of mine (competely wasted at the time) pushed me while I was texting somebody, and my Treo dropped to the boardwalk, bounced twice, and plummeted in to the Gulf of Mexico. I called Sprint the next day, paid $50, and got a new phone overnighted to me

i'll make it short..carrying my things and trying to answer the phone pulling it out of the case it came with and going down many flights of stairs onto the pavement..surprised the keyboard is still on it even though it was hard to open..
