[APP] Manila Customizer - Customize Clocks, Icons, Sliders etc Creator Grumps ( Xda )
 

"Once again the Author is Grumps...A great apps for us noobs that with Manila Files"


I decided to write a Manila Customizer that will work Similar to HHC for Kaiser.
The app can be unzipped anywhere but i suggest \Internal Storage\Program Files\ManilaCustomizer

The Clocks are stored in Whatever path\ManilaCustomiser\Clocks
The Icons are stored in Whatever path\ManilaCustomiser\Icons
The Sliders are stores in Whatever path\ManilaCustomizer\Sliders
The TopCurtains are stores in Whatever path\ManilaCustomizer\TopCurtains
The BottomCurtains are stores in Whatever Path\ManilaCustomizer\BottomCurtains

The app will look for a .jpg file in order to be able to display and add a Clock theme and same goes for icons etc
So if you want to add a clock Called FireLighter then simply Create a Folder :

\Whateverpath\ManilaCustomizer\Clocks\Firelighter <-The Folder where the Manila Files are
\Whateverpath\ManilaCustomizer\Clocks\Firelighter. jpg <- The image that will be displayed

Note the Jpeg and the folder has to be the exact same spelling.
If the system finds a .jpg it will look for a folder by the same name and move all those files into \Windows upon selecting the Clock Set.

Same goes for the Icons and all others

There are a few special files in \ManilaCustomizer\*.txt. When an Item is applied the files for the Item (eg Clock) is stored in these files and when a new Item is applied it will first delete the files from the previous Item and then Apply the new Item (was changed to work this way in ver 0.6)

Ok i decided to split it into three parts for now. Application , Clocks, Icons.

So unzip Clocks into WhateverPAth\ManilaCustomizer\Clocks and same with icons

IVe only tested this on original installed black Manila on WWE Rom

Please Check Post two. Delete the whole app before reinstalling. Fixed all Clocks etc
Wanna Say Special thanx to NisseDILLIGAF for his help. I dont know much about Manila files but he has helped me a lot

The ManilaCustomizer.Zip file includes 2 samples of every item cause some people dont understand the directory structure to well. Hope this helps

I use this with JD's rom. I use his regular manilla and then just add the sprint icons. Good enough for me. I like the regular manilla background.

Nothing special. Just regular Manilla with the Sprint icons. I like the sprint icons b/c it adds color, that's all. The GSM manilla just has black and white icons only.

Nice program. Thanks. Programs crashing on me though when I try to apply the changes. Should I disable TF3D before making any changes?

Flip Fire, Flip White, and Glass Clock are all set to 0:00 when I apply them. Is there a way to fix this? :scratch:

I also have that same problem..Question are you running TF3D on your phone too? Because I also have that app and I believe with those two apps it would not show the Clocks...

I have! I mean like it takes 30 secs for the TF3D to Upload...I think because I have TF3D Config with the Customizer

When I try to start the customizer it says, "This application requires a newer version of the Microsoft.NET Compact Framework than the version installed on this device."

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I have a stock TP
I downloaded the Manilla Customizer and installed on my device not storage..
I manage to change to clock to alien aqua but when I try any other it wont change... I replaced the clock folder on the manilla file, for the one I extracted. when I tried using the flip clock it will just change to the stock sprint clock..

You have to download the recent .Net compacter and install that cab and then try. search this site for that file... I will see if I can find that post for you.

Yeah is there a fix...And I also tried to change to clear clock and when I did that it didn't work..Just have the stock clock still there..What process do you have to go through to change each set, i.e. restore the default rom TF3D option?

ok got everything working but now my slider wont line up... to get the flip clock working I had to install the Sprintflipclock cab.. its some where in this forum...

hey i downloaded the manillia customizer. When i open it and go to options change slider, it says slide to select slider...put the middle of the screen is gray and i cant change it. Can anyone help me?

I have noticed some clocks are not centered. Some dont work at all. Also have that gray box around the clock, any way to get rid of it.

cant you just install other clocks over the one onscreen? im not using the app. but i dont see why you cant. what clock do you want, ill try to help?
