Sprint throttling Slingplayer / Slingbox?

Does anyone get the error "Signal Weak. Cannot continue streaming"?

I've tried in 3 different cities with 3g. Little Rock, Dallas, Longview, TX

But everytime it only streams for about 2-3 minutes and cuts off. It's running at about 350kb/s and the quality is excellent but it just freezes and then cuts out. No stuttering or anything like that. This is gettng really annoying.

I don't have this problem when using my laptop. My house connection has 768 upload. And that's what my laptop hits on streaming. So that leads me to believe Sprint is cutting the feed or something.
