Current best/upcoming deal for Touch Pro?

I just got Sprint to swap out my treo 800w for the touch pro, so I dont think they are going to give me any more off on a touch pro for my wife (even if we sign up for a 2 year contract); that would be around $299. Same as best buy is selling them at now.....

So what else is the best deal right now? $250 or less with a contract (upgrade line) would be perfect.

I tried getting this priced matched at the bestbuy store. And almost got it for $179.00 out the door with my Sero plan. But then they said I need to send a rebate to get it. I did get it for $279.00 though.

I looked at the rebate that is available now online but it says I need to have a monthly plan higher then $34.99. Do you think sprint will accept the bestbuy receipt?
