GPS lag for Sprint Touch Pro?

Is the GPS lag problem for the Sprint HTC Touch Pro there or has it been fixed?

(I tried searching the forums but it does not allow me to use the keyword "gps" because it only has 3 letters!)

With 3 letters add an wildcard. Like GPS* or *GPS*

There is no fix by the way.
