Jesus McChrist im more pissed now. I just got a call from a tehcnician, and he says

"im just calling because someone told me to call and say were not sending you the phone."

Hahahahahaha....I don't mean to laugh at your situation Mr. afx. But that's one thing I truly love about corporate America. There's always someone willing to stick it to you...but few people want to help you out.

is there really a valid contract? i understand there was an offer and acceptance of that offer but where's the consideration? i am assuming he was already under contract and did not sign a renewal...

just a thought...
