How do I change "programs" soft key (home screen) on TF3D?

Good morning, just navigate to the registry location for the 2 keys below and delete the information that is currently assigned. So the key values for the items below should be empty when you save them. Then do a soft reset and the right soft key will be set back to the default item of Programs. I know that this works because I had to do the same thing myself

does anyone know the correct path to remap the left softkey to Second today? In Secound Today I mapped the left soft key to my TF3D screen.but I just changed the registry on Tf3d for the left Soft key to Second Today. Is that the problem?

BTW - the path for the executable for the dialer is "\Windows\cprog.exe" in case you want to customize the text of the left soft key but still have it launch the dialer.

anyone know how to point the path to the owner info screen as the original poster asked? I can't find an executable for it

I am running PhoneAlarm and TF3D. The way PA handles this, it has you put PA on the today screen, then maps the left softkey to "Manilla" where you can run TF3D on top of the today screen as a program. That way you can run TF3D but still get the benefits of Phone Alarm.

I want to map my right softkey in TF3D to SPB Contacts (which is a part of Mobile Shell). I don't have Mobile Shell doing anything for a today screen or anything like that. I can map SPB Contacts to the today screen right softkey just fine using the softkey mapping cab on this thread. However, I can't map it on TF3D. I tried Diamond Tweak, but it can't find SPB Contacts. I can't find it (SPB Contacts) with explorer in order to do the reg hack on the 2nd post of this thread.

Anyone know how to fix this? Really, I just need to find the direct link to SPB Contacts and I can take it from there....

ok I can't get this to work. I went to the registry and edited the right soft key to go to powertap.exe (program files\powertap\powertap.exe) and when I launch tf3d that soft key is still 'programs' in tf3d. I go back into the registry and the string is still there. what am I doing wrong? I also tried the soft key cab and it doesn't do it either.

Did you change both the path and the label? One registry changes the path and one changes the label.

Also did you wait a few minutes, then soft reset?

I'm using Second Today and I have the the left Soft Key mapped to open my Second Today Homescreen. How to I map the right to return me to TF3D? I had it done before and I cant remember how to do it?

I want to change the default today screens' soft key. How do I map one of them to TF3D?

You have to change path and label, I had this happen when I mapped garmin.
