When I originally got my phone my volume keys on the side let me lower and raise the volume by hitting the up volume button or the down volume button. Now when I tap either button it opens up the volume control and if it hit it again it no longer changes the volume it just closes the volume utility. Do you know of a fix?

My 2nd is a Display question. I would like my top and lower curtains to be transparent so it appears that my screen is larger. I hope I am explaining the right term. Curtains are where you hit programs/phone on the Today screen or Start and the batter/signal icons on the top?

The volume issue is definitely related to another tweak you've installed or performened ... perhaps accidentally by Diamond Tweak or Advanced Config. Not sure of an actual fix, but something along those lines did it.

As for the display question I think I answered it a few posts back... the transparent curtains involve a lot of extra work and customization with more headaches than benefits, especially since it doesn't really give you any extra screen space. To throw it out there, you have to install the Backgrounds on all tabs hack, and that creates a crapload of other limitations.

Question on Audiopara. I installed the cab with the loudest version and now to me it seems very hard to adjust the volume to a comfortable level, either too soft or too loud. Would switching to the light version allow some more finite control? If so, is there an easy way to perform this? If not, what would be the best way to bring back the stock OEM file?

ok so apparently i'm not understanding this fully. I installed the sprint clean up and i understand that all the shortcuts are gone from the programs list, they should be in other folders but the problem is that I don't have any folders besides "office mobile" and "games." I did a hard restart and now the office mobile folder is gone. What's going on?

What did you do to fix this? I'm having the same problem and its driving me nuts trying to find the fix.

If this happens, it's because you used another tweak program to enable ClearType in Landscape. You need to either undo that, or turn off cleartype entirely in Start > Settings > System > Screen.

It seems this package has changed my default browser to be PIE (gag) instead of Opera. When I get a web link in a text message and click it PIE starts up instead of Opera. How can I switch this back?

Hmm, definitely NOT caused by my package. You'll want to search the forums here for that, because I'm not even sure how you would have done that without a bit of effort.

I'm not sure what the dialer has to do with my cleanup package since I don't mess with the dialer settings other than decreasing the end call delay...

You are entirely correct, it's not your package (which is great BTW) it was the installation of the SkyFire browser ](*,)
