You got it to work by using the RegEdit correct?

I never had to do any regedit for this at all. It just works for me out of the box, wth the Stock Sprint Rom.

And doing this reg edit hasn't messed up your phone in any way..And all I have to do is download PHM Regedit?

I'll try to set your mind at ease, here:

Much of the registry in Windows operating systems (including Windows Mobile) is just settings for programs and hardware. Think of it as just editing an ini file. It's not going to harm your PPC in any way. I wouldn't go crazy and start editing classes in the registry or anything, but settings like this won't do anything to harm your phone. It's just software, and software is able to be backed up and/or restored.

Weird, mine didn't. Maybe there's a setting that automatically disables it or something.

Install, then go to the keys I specified and change the values.

You can back up your registry first if you'd like.

Man, I hate the lock code! My company tried to enforce this Exchange policy. No way I was going to let that fly.
