I used to check mine via Opera, but the new opera on the TP doesn't do it like the older versions do, and i cannot make it load the mobile version automatically.
Plus the 2 way d-pad makes navigation tough while driving on the web.
up and down on the dpad only, i'm going to ***** bout this forever. what fking idiot decided that crap. *sigh*

Plan to set up Gmail on the mail app here a bit later when people stop posting things of interest in these forums.
Stupid forums. haha.

Well, Gmail works fine so long as you don't sync your Sent Items, no matter if you have 10 items in that folder. Seems to hang on that header for some reason. I like using the built-in POutlook. Old shoe

I'm having this same issue. Started like 2 weeks ago. Prior to this, it was always fast. And I'm not syncing my sent items. I'll keep looking for a solution.

I recently discovered something interesting about this issue, so it's good the topic got bumped again:

hitting Send/Receive for Gmail from the TouchFlo3d menu seems to be more reliable than going into the full inbox and doing it from the WM bottom/right menu. Why, I don't know. But it might be worth a try for you.

It's annoying that Hotmail's response is instantaneous, yet Gmail lags, even in areas where I have above-average signal strength. There are times when it just stalls out and does nothing.

The GF is having a problem with her Gmail where doing a Send/Receive within Poutlook dumps her back out to the TF3D Home screen. Going to let her try some of the suggestions here and see if it helps, before deleting the account and recreating and letting it repull everything.

well, I deleted and recreated the account, still same problem. I think it has to do with the size of the account. I have 2 other gmail accounts that are very small and have no issues. The problem mail box is over 800 MB big with 7800+ msgs. I wonder if Pocket outlook is having issues with this account because of its size...
