Any one have a discolored Back on their touch pro

hey guys i got a touch pro more than a week ago now and it is starting to discolor . has anyone experienced this or is this just me ? i am attaching a picture of the phone .... please give me some feed back...becasue im confused on how this could happen to a new phone


AND I KNOW MOST OF YOU ARE WONDERING LIKE MY FRIEND BELOW HAVE I TRIED WASHING IT AND THE ANSWER IS YES I HAVE TIRED WASHING IT, WITH GENTAL BABY SOAP AS TO NOT DISCOLOR IT ANY MORE THAN IT

looks like dirt to me man but i might be wrong... ya try cleaning it with soap or any thing yet?

I find that mine is getting discolored as well. the back seems to pick up dirt a lot.

Mine is also getting a bronze color around the edges... Sucks man...

yeah, it's just dirt from your hands. That rubber coating seems to hold alotta dirt. Use some dishwashing liquid (grease cutting) and it should clean it right up. On another note, everyone (well a few...) were complaining about the back sqeeking. Mine is now doing it and also noticed 2 corners (opposite from one another) are slightly warped. DANGIT!!!! I understand the more you use something, it gets dirty, worn out, scratches, etc....but it hasn't been 2 weeks and this is kinda rediculous. I'm not gonna trade it in cause the phone works great and my complaints are so minor. Besides, only I know about them and I'm not gonna go blabbin to others about it. When I show my phone to people, they don't put the phone to their face and inpect every inch and if they did, I would call them a bloomin' moron and ask them to french kiss it like a biotch!! lol

Same here, minus the squeaking back cover, mine does that a lot. I hate it but not anything i would bring the phone back for.

Mine isn't discolored, but it's getting a grimly feeling... I'll wash it out when I put on my protector comes.

do any of you with discolored covers smoke? I have a few coworkers that smoke and their phones and mouses for their computers are all stained and discolore just the same. If not, have any of you had issues with heat from the phone?

I have had zero issues with heat, I have no discolorations and I don't smoke! I'm just trying to help rule out the culprit...

BTW, I carry my TP in my pocket most of the day.

Mine looks like that too. Worse, on one side I got darker gray/black smudges from the generic leather case I was keeping it in.

No I don't smoke. I suspect it's a weakness of the coating Sprint used for their back cover. I've been nervous of using dish soap and having the coating start to wear.
