Flip clock or large clock with out Touchflo3d

I'm not a big fan of the Touch Flo shell but I really want a big clock on my today screen. I installed the flip clock cab but I don't think it works with out flo3d as it didn't do anything. Is there a large clock or flip clock for the today screen with out touch flo?

On this same note how do I add more items to the today screen? There are limited items available to add and I would like to add some common programs.
