My Palm 800w, Diamond and Touch Pro all do this. Besides, when I tether, it keeps draining the battery too.

my test for the day got off the charger at 3 its not 1223 phone at 14% after a phone call and dozens of texts and e-mails. Trying to let it die completely before I throw it on charger.
