REV A on the pro

Does the pro come with rev a enabled from the factory? I went to speedtest.net to check my bandwidth speed and for some reason, my old touch is faster. I know my treo 800w did not have rev a enabled and I had to manually enable it. If the pro's enabled? How do I check?
