I don't know I've been with them 8 years I log in to Sprint one day they tell me im a premium customer. They offered me 25 free mins(useless I have SE) or a free ringtone(ROTFL!) But they said I get full upgrades every year.(I'll take it!!)

It was a promo for any pda/smartphone from best buy. It expired on like Nov 1st or something.

my mogul broke again or messed up, wutever. i emailed customer service told them it was my 6th one, which it was, then they said theyd give me 150 on top of all the other rebates so that makes it 150 for the pro so far. so first i went in with my warranty into a repair center, they replaced it ( my mogul ) . so i had a fresh mogul to sell, upgraded with 2 year. paid 315 out the door after tax then i got the 100 mail in rebate so thats 280 then they gave me 150 off through customer service. so tahts like 165. sold the mogul for 185. made 20 bux :)

I paid 210 including tax after selling my Vogue, but I didn't have to sign a new 2 yr contract! woo! now that's not bad at all...
