i can confirm that i ordered one sunday morning ( 11/02/08 ) and it never came, and on the 4th my order status was changed to Backorder...
this is all via sprint.com dont know for how long they're back ordered, but yes, they are backordered now I have since canceled my order... sprint is a shady company.. their customer service sucks |

I think it had a lot todo with their lame Credit Check.... i was not an existing sprint customer, so they sent me through some lame credit check proccess that they claimed took 24 hours.... im pretty certain that kicked me to the back of the line

Sadly enough... I'm having a Mogul replaced with a Touch Pro though eCare and it was process Tuesday and scheduled to arrive Friday... I even got a tracking number. And not minus away I also placed an order to replace my other 6700 to a Touch Pro and it is back ordered... Their excuse that one shipped and the other didn't.... "There must have been one left in stock."
I can't confirm 2 weeks... Since the rep said "...it could be days or a month... But it shouldn't be a month." So this sucks... I get the busted Mogul replaced... And the busted 6700 (too old for eCare to do anything with) is still busted till the new one arrives. The sad part is the 6700 needed replaced worse. -MadManX |

Yeah I Work At Best Buy In Colorado, And We Only Get 5 In At A Time. So Yeah I Believe It. I Am Glad I Got My Phone Just In Time. Had To Order From Another Bestbuy.
