Touch Pro & Vista Sync issue

Does anyone run into sync issue with Vista? If the phone is turned off (power button) while the phone is in usb sync with the Vista, or remove the usb cable then reconnect it, the WMDC no longer recognize the Touch pro any more, until either the phone or PC reboot. This is really weird annoyed.

mine works just fine but u dont need to turn the screen off as its charging while hooked up to the pc.

i ran into it syncing my music to my phone.i had a 4gb sd in my touch and now a 8gb sd in my pro and i could only load maybe 75 songs before the computer(damn dell) would shut down.i restarted the pc and soft reset the phone.
