TCPMP Crashes

Hello, I have installed TCPMP from this site:

http://picard.exceed.hu/tcpmp/test/
I choose tcpmp.pocketpc.0.72RC1.cab

It installs, but when I launch the program, I get this error:

Unexpected program failure. Please send "crash.txt" to the developers. Program will now exit.

I cannot find rash.txt anywhere on my device. Am I using the correct version?
