Touch Pro Email problem

I have a problem with my emails. I got mail2web setup and whenever I get emails, its like it is decoding the html and just showing the source itself.

is there to fix this and have html enabled? the coding and the source is quite annoying.

as far as I know, m2w runs on exchange 2003. In order to get the HTML email they need to upgrade to exchange 2007.
