Touch Pro Finally Released Through Telesales

OMG. I've had the worst luck. Until today! Fisrt I was in BestBuy (BB) on Saturday, had a TP in my hand and much to my dismay, Sprint would allow the upgrade because the Diamond I had was not physically back in their inventory. AHHHHH. Then I decided to get the upgrade on another line only to find that BB had sold the phone they had on hold for me. We drove 1 hr to the BB with the Pro and I talked to them 1 1/2 prior to make sure they had it with my name on it! Next, Sprint said my phone wasn't eligible for upgrade because they hadn't received the Diamond back within 30 days. It was deactivated and the return kit was ordered within the specified time. Final result today is that RETENTIONS made note to my account. Here's the convelouded process. Buy the TP from Telesales at FULL RETAIL PRICE, then return the Diamond, then call Retentions back to get the credit back. They now owe me $806 but will honor the BB out the door price of $239. Holy crap!

Now if they only ship today...........
