Here's a Fix:

If you have TF3DConfig 0.6.7 Installed:
1. drop the attached tweaks.xml file into Program Files/Diamond TF3D Config/
2. Open Diamond TF3D Config
3. Open the "Tweaks" Tab and check the bottom four options

If you do not have TF3DConfig 0.6.7 installed, you can change the following registry settings:

Text message LED:
HKCU\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877D65B-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}\
AvailableOptions change from 11 to 0

Email LED
HKCU\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877D65A-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}\
AvailableOptions change from 11 to 0

Voicemail LED
HKCU\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877D661-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}\
AvailableOptions change from 11 to 0

Missed Call LED
HKCU\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877D660-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}\
AvailableOptions change from 11 to 0

TF3D config is available here
A free registry editor is available here

For those having problems with TF3d Config not working, dropping in my XML file will make it work on the PRO

thanks.

where exactly does your .xml go?

Ok, I followed these manual steps to complete each item listed above. I double checked that I edited it correctly. For me, The LED option is no longer grayed out, but the LED still flashes for everything, even tho the box is not checked for it to flash. Matter of fact, its weird cuz I never had to uncheck it after performing the edits, which leads me to believe that the box was never checked before I preformed the edits but even then the LED has been flashing all along since I got the phone.

Please help if you can. I dont know if it matters or not, but I used total commander to perform the edits and from what I can see, the editing itself worked - shows 0 instead of 11, but its just not working, if that makes any sense? I notice that at the part where I change the # from 11 to 0, theres a box that says Base with 2 circles next to it. One that says Decimal, and one that says Hex. Decimal is whats checked, would changing that help maybe?

Same here. I can now check the box to say "Flash Light" but nothing flashes.

Re: Grayed out LED notification options fix

Well mine is exactely the opposite. I UNchecked the box and it STILL flashes for EVERYTHING!! This is soooooo frustrating! Doesnt seem like anyones following this thread anymore either so looks like were stuck. I even PM's ruskiyab (the author of the original post who explained the edit) and have gotten no response almost a week later.

Yeah, I HATED the Green Signal LED, that's why I disabled it with nueLED. :D
