I called Sprint and they were a "BIG" help, they told me to take it back to BB and exchange it again.

Are you installing any of the config programs? Advanced config, diamond tweak, tf3d config? I know while using this one and the diamond before that after i applied some settings using those programs I have to go back and change one manually. i will try to find the link. No matter how many times i pressed the asnwer buttong it wouldn't work until I changed this one entry to #777 or something like that...

The number wasnt an issue... that is my GrandCentral Spam number.... its my easily read work signature in my email I was viewing <img>

Try this...this is the fix I was thinking about earlier in my above comment...but I can't see the video, it says its private...

Tried that and its not taking it. A error message popped up and froze my TP I had to soft reset. Now when I try to go back in to change the value, there is no value or value data. It just dissappeared. I'm just gonna go back tomorrow and exchange it again. I already called and they have two left. They said they would exchange it one more time only and that I would have to go to Sprint after that. I will be on my third one, really stinks. Granted the first exchange was due to a cosmetic blemish. If I'm renewing my contract for another two years I expect a perfect condition phone out of the box. By the way thanks for the help guys, I really appreciate it.

You're exchanging it because of a software issue?

Well I do consider not being able to answer calls a small inconvenience. Especially when having a cell phone is supposed to be convienent in the first place. I've done everything I can to solve the problem on my own including a hard reset but no luck.
