I don't have a TP yet but my heart goes out to you guys who are suffering from this issue :( I've been eagerly anticipating this phone and it's just pathetic that it should ship in such a way. I'll save my soap-box rant for now...but I can't help but get frustrated upon reading about these problems

Subbin I have the same ear piece issue and so does my GF's touch pro as well.

I'm just here to chime in that there are, in fact, models that don't have this issue, and it has to be a hardware problem. I'm a complete audiophile, so I would most definitely notice something like this, but I haven't experienced this issue at all.

my TP sound like it has Blown Speaker - is this what you guys describing ?

hmmm, my wife hasnt complained of anything at all, she actually loves the way it sounds. i hope when i get min through telesales it doesnt have this problem.

here's the fun part guys, call someone who ALSO has a touch pro.. My TP works fine if im calling someone on a non TP but when I call my GF it freakin blows...
