voice command not announcing incoming calls

edit: checked HKLM/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/VOICECOMMAND. All settings are exactly the same. Maybe something under ringer?

Same problem.
Everything works but the announcement of incoming calls.
Ive only read up to page 3 of this thread so far, so if this has been fixed, Ill know about it in a few mins.
