Re: battery meter with percentages

Humm. I am brand new to the TP, but I know that I want a percentage battery life. I am just learning to use the phone before I start modding it. I dont even know how to install a cab file as yet. I will definitely be installing this though.

Re: battery meter with percentages

Here's another option you can just throw in your start up folder, in case anyone here doesn't want to install a cab

Re: battery meter with percentages

Ugg I feel like such a newb here (first winmo phone heh).

Soo I installed the two cabs for that first battery, did a soft reboot... now what do I do to get the battery to show up? lol.

omg, cough cough, I guess it wouldn't show a battery with the damn power plugged in! LOL.

Thanks for the batt... looks dang good!

Re: battery meter with percentages

Can the people who got 1% increments to show on the taskbar tell me what files and what steps they followed to get this app to work? Also, do you guys have other applications running? Mine is STILL showing 10% increments on the taskbar.

Re: battery meter with percentages

After you install the 3 files, if the battery doesn't show up with percentages, go to "settings", "system tab", power. Close out of power and it should show up when you return to the home screen.

Re: battery meter with percentages

Is there a particular order that these files need to be installed in? I have all three installed and am also only seeing power readings in 10% intervals? Also, do you need to navigation to the power setting after every powerdown/soft reset on the device?

install the nuepower driver first. then install the sdsdkcerts.cab followed by the FInixNOverBatteryIconsOnly.cab... Make sure you install all three files on the device. After this you will have the new battery icon with percentage meter in place of the old one.
