My mogul was dead, they couldn't get me a replacement in a timely manner. Long story short, I was straight up with them and told them I wanted touch pro and was willing to wait a month (this was back in the middle of September) if they could give me a deal. So they put in a ticket, and I also emailed ecare. Ecare told me they'd give me $75, then I got a call from advanced tech support and they credited me $100 immediately. This would have given me the TP for $125 after MIR.

Fast forward to Friday, and I bought it at Best Buy with the 20% off coupon. $256 out the door at BB - $100 credit from adv support - $75 credit from eCare (just had to email a scan of the receipt to get it) = $81 including all tax. Add the $18 activation fee that is getting tacked on my next bill, and that brings you the grand total of $99. :)

I paid $600 as I just renewed my contract recently. My earpiece speaker sucks even after using either of the AudioPara3 file updates.

As much as this phones seems to be everything I wanted this audio issue has ruined it for me I was having difficulty understanding the Sprint Tech at times.

Am I the only one?

$299.99 at Best Buy...what sales tax? This is Oregon suckas! lol

After selling two new moguls, I should end up making a profit.

I paid $239.99 but sold my old phone for around $200. So about $40 after everything is said and done not including the incredibly high CA sales tax.

Paid the $368 Best Buy Mobile 1 yr upgrade price with the 20% discount. I had also prenegotiated a deal with Sprint for $255 in credits towards the Touch Pro whenever I activated it so they just applied that creating a negative $255 balance on my Sprint account. I just requested they send me that credit balance in a check so $368 - $255 = $113. I imagine I can get at least $113 for my Mogul so when all is said and done, my total out of pocket expenses should be $0, and I may even end up making some money.

Ah ha! that's why my price seemed so strange. everyone else kept saying $239 and I was like "why $259?", and then i looked at my contract thing and I see the $18 upgrade fee. That explains it all now.

Now i can sleep.

No! I can't sleep, must play with touch!!!

Im thinking about opening up a new line and using the 20% as well so it should come out to about $239. If I cancel the line before the first month would I still have to pay that months bill (which would add an extra $60)?
