i'll be eligible for my 2 year upgrade in december, is it gonna be too late to go to bb and get it for around $230-270??? or will i still be able to get it then?

888-882-4030. the lady i talked to had to contact someone else in a different department. not sure what dept. All i explained to her was that last month I convinved telesales to sell me the Diamond at a discounted price(even though when i got the bill, they didnt) so when i told her i returned it last week cause I wanted to get the pro, and that i wanted to get the Pro at the lowest price possible.So , she put me oh hold for like 15-20 mins while she talked to a different department and when she came back, she told me that I can get it at the lowest price when they get it(ie, Nov 2nd) and that she had no info or pricing on it at the time.. So I then had the BB sales rep call in to verify my account and after another 30 minutes on the phone everything turned out all good... worse case i was prepared to call telesales again and treathen to cancel my service to get an iphone if they wont reset my aggrement time (which i have done in the past) Hope this helps!

I got mine today at BB and it was 254.00 including tax out the door and that is with the 20% off. pain in the arse to get it on my account though. NO changes to plan also. oh waived the upgrade charge too. Sero

I paid 314.00 with Tax, but I need to go back tommorow because they forgot to apply the 20 percent off for being a rewards zone member.

The thing is....I was not eligible for an upgrade. I opened my account in March of 08, so I am not eligible for anything. Yet somehow, I got the 2 yr renewal pricing. I almost screamed when she told me the price, but I just kept my cool and said "That looks about right". Its why I missed the fact they they didnt apply the 20 percent off....I just wanted to get it in my hands and out of that store :)

Edit: Went back to Best Buy today, and they refunded me $62 and change for the missed 20 percent discount.

$65 before activation and tax, after sprint credits and 20% off at BB. Total ends up being $99 or $100 including tax and $18 activation fee.
