I had no internet this morning, though it worked OK yesterday. I called sprint, soft reset, now it works fine. The weather servers were down yesterday, works now.

The earpiece quality is pretty bad(Yes I took the plastic off) Not only is the volume really low, but there is crackling. Anyone else have crackling? Also, when I synced my contacts from exchange(either wireless or through pc) it would give me an error message that the device memory is full. The problem was with a couple of my contacts with pictures, once I deleted them it worked fine. My treo 800w never gave me this problem.

I have the same ear piece quality issue, sounds like the speaker is blown almost.

Yep, thats exactly what it sounds like. I am going back to bestbuy tomorrow and see if the others do it.

Ok had mine a few days now and had the same problem, after turning it off and back on a few different times now the earpiece sounds great haven't tried the speaker yet but the earpiece and mic are working great now. Just FYI
