It wont happen on this phone though, and I'm not optimistic about these features being included in the next version of WM either.

I'm with you on IMAP support as well. DoD e-mail has to change the ports on SSL transmission and there's no option for that, so I can say good bye to that feature!

yeah it's a reg edit where you go and enable it
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Layouts\e0010409]
"Ime File"="\windows\compime.dll"
"Layout Text"="COMP IME"
use this and then go into settin input and enable auto correction!

This did not work for me. Is that a space between "COMP" and "IME"? Like "COMP IME"?

Also what should the settings be? I do not want T9 on.

Yes, that is a space and I also went into the T9 config under input and unselected everything. Everything else for word completion was enabled though.... ALSO YOU HAVE TO DO A SOFT RE-SET IF NOT THE SETTINGS WILL NOT TAKE PLACE...

Sprint Nav now working. Actually, all of my data services had stopped working. Called Sprint, had them update my profile, and all is happy now.

Now, an observation.

For those of you having Weather issues, have you applied the ICS hack? My weather was working fine, and I applied the patch, then weather stopped working. Unapplied, and weather started working again.

Could be coincidental. Probably is. It doesn't appear that the registry settings would be related, but I thought I would pass on my experience anyway.

Actually, initially, my weather was only working with wi-fi, since my profile wasn't properly updated for internet connectivity.

Once they updated my profile, weather wasn't working on EV-DO, but all of a sudden, it started working. What's odd is that sometimes it connects extremely fast on updates, other times...when it's searching for EV-DO connection, it stays in limbo and then pops up the "cannot connect to server" pop-up. I'll wait for a few seconds and then try updating again...all of a sudden it'll work without any issue.

My main conclusion is that it works perfect only when EV-DO is automatically available or if connected to WI-FI.

this is a nice hack but unfortunately it breaks the phone keypad softkeyboard and compact qwerty... some might not care about this but i do..

if you disable the white box suggestion by going to the default windows keyboard and uncheck everything.. there is ZERO lag when typing with the slide out keyboard... for this reason alone i kept the hack!!!! great find by the way!!!!!

Well, sorry, I started a thread about this, but it should probably go here as well
You are no longer able to rotate a photo in HTC Album to make a sideways taken photo right side up again.
The Gsensor will change the orientation, but you can't actually rotate the photo. Used to be able to.

I'm having the problem where when you reply to a text and slide out the keyboard it switches to the "phone" application.
