Here you go. This is the way I did it, without disabling PictureMail. I know there is a cab for Personalizer, but it disabled Sprint PictureMail. I don't use that anymore (switched to Arcsoft), so I don't know if Arcsoft disables or not...

Not sure if this is entirely what you're wanting, but it's at least clear clock! This will install over your default clock you currently have, leaving only the numbers visible, no background... Hope this helps some.
