WAD isn't that complicated. Some of the scripting can be tricky, like the SMS display. The hardest part is making your own custom buttons and meters. But if you can find other peoples elements that you like, putting them together isn't that hard.

well, it's floating around, there are threads here and xda giving different versions of it, and it just uses today background, some .tsk's will work, some won't
