Here is what I have right now, just got the phone last night so I am trying to figure things out, tf3d is a little more complicated to work with than everything I did on my mogul.

Things I've done:
Change manila language
Change "Sprint" text
change font
All white sprint manila tab icons and slider
Manila control for other today screen, spb diary on that screen
Removed internet globe
Transparent back in programs tab
Custom task bar with "Start" text removed

That clock can be a pain to find & get working right I found. That is the clock I was using until I changed to the one right above your post. I must have DL'ed & installed four different versions of the BC & NONE of them worked right.

What I finally did was did was go >>HERE<< & DL a theme with the clock you want & then customize the theme from there (I started with the black telus theme) I ended up with this a little while back:
