im far from done...im still messing with the top title bar...start menu icon...evdo and 1x icon etc etc...but this is what i got for now

is that clock animated ... like the sprint flip clock.. if so can u share...?

are people using touchflo config tool or the manilla customizer from xda?

with manilla customizer u can just change things individually... dont have to change the whole theme... for example u can just change the clock... or a curtain .... http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...ght=customizer

yes its animated. JD's rom came with the flip clock in the package.

this page has a cab and instructions on how to get the flipclock (do this way if you do not want to flash your rom.)

There are several clear ones. Holy.cab, GlassClock.cab (2 versions available) and Crystal.cab. You can find all of those here (I'm pretty sure):

I can't find the link to the "Holy" cab I use, but I got it from XDA. I posted some screen shots in this thread somewhere, in case you want to see what the "Holy" cab looks like.

You can also use the one that Fittske uses. Here is his original post in this thread that has a zip file with all the cabs and manila file you'll need to get the flip clock to work AND the crystal clocks:
