You can.. You need to go to 'Tools', 'Folder Options', go to the 'View' tab, then scroll down and select 'Show Hidden Files and Folders'

This will allow you to access the /Windows folder...

ok, so i have to download total commander... cant believe im saying thanks to a steelers fan. go ravens!

i did that but it still doesnt work. i think it just works for the pc not for the phone.
