or get Active Sync / Windows Mobile Device Center and drop it in using your computer. its alot faster.-

did you read what i posted on how to rename file? it works every time using tc. you wont be abke to delete original file, nor do you want to till you drop the new dll. goto task bar thread and read first page. its simple, take your time and read before posting the same thing over and over again.

yea i did everything like u said but its not working. TC will not change the file name to .bak at the end. it just goes back to .dll.

HTCVolumeControl.dll

both wont change

or just copy the file over without renaming the original!! I don't understand why everyone thinks the original needs to be renamed. Even if you decide to go back to the original just delete the one you created. original is in the ROM and won't be deleted or permanently overwritten. ugh
