I don't think it was a stupid question. I had the same thought. I've always bought my phones from Sprint. Didn't know how the support worked or if BB offered insurance protection during purchase.

i called several BB stores. I told them I read on their website that I could get 20% off thier smart phones if i use my rewards zone card he 3 BB stores told me the card have to b a credit card r.z.c. The last store i called said if i apply and get approved I can get the 20% off. So is this true. does it have to be the credit card. it doesnt say it on the website, but the BB agents are tellling me this. can sum1 call their local BB and see if the get the same and let me know plz!?!?!

I searched and couldn't find the exact answer to my question.

I'm hoping for the 299 price + the 20% rewardszone discount.

I'm on SERO and my snap date is 11/1 (would be only 6 days shy if I got to BB on the 26th)

Do you think they'll still give me the 150 2yr discount? I know someone in here said they never do it early but what if you're within a few days? Think they would make an exception?

So, should I just get the insurance through Sprint or get it through BB. I am assuming I'd want it through Sprint.

I don't, because it was only stupid **** like cables that you got a good price on, and similar or better prices could be found online anyway.

Anything it would have been nice on like gaming consoles and what not didn't matter anyway because in most cases they were selling close to cost or even below cost in some cases. The only thing I miss about my discount is buying sodas for 50 cents or those monster packs of batteries for 3 bucks.

My last upgrade, I was 2 weeks out and they gave me the full 150. The guy at the store said that it wasn't policy, but to keep me as a customer he would go ahead and give it to me. The only thing was that 75 of it had to be applied as a credit on my bill instead of instant in the store.
